O’Connor and/or Ellyn S. Butler, Substitute Trustees by instrument duly recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber JLE No. 48532, page 368, default having occurred thereunder (Case No. C-03-CV-23-004531), and at the request of the party secured thereby, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction AT THE PREMISES located at 3114 BETLOU JAMES PLACE, BALTIMORE, MD 21207 on:
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2024 AT 11:00 A.M.
ALL THAT LEASEHOLD LOT OF GROUND AND THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON situated in Baltimore County, MD and more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust. Tax ID #0211000790. Subject to the payment of the annual ground rent in the amount of $150, payable semi-annually on the 6th days of March and September in each and every year.

The secured party herein, if the purchaser, shall not be required to post a deposit or pay interest. The purchaser will be required to complete settlement of the purchase within TEN (10) DAYS of the ratification of the sale by the Court.
